Life for me is about continuous development.
In nature, everything is subject to constant change, a circle of growing and withering. I would like to support our development as human beings towards an open, kind and friendly society where we are able to solve conflicts in a solution-oriented and appreciative way. I am absolutely convinced that change starts with self. With myself. I embrace Mahatma Gandhi’s famous quote “Be the change you wish to see in the world.”
Therefore, I am working to reconcile head and heart because only if we reconcile both true change, growth and development can happen. My attitude is a systemic one, my communication style is kind and sympathetic.
